Robert LoringFounder and Managing Partner
As Founder and Managing Partner of Revolution Capital Group, Mr. Loring oversees all aspects of the firm’s strategy including M&A, Operations and Corporate Development. With over a decade of direct private equity investing experience in both the United States and Europe Mr. Loring has been involved in all aspects of corporate deal making in a broad array of industries and has guided over twenty transactions with some of the worlds largest corporations.
Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Loring was Vice President of Mergers and Acquisition for Platinum Equity LLC in Beverly Hills, California and more recently Director for H.I.G. European Capital Partners in London, UK.
Mr. Loring holds a Bachelors degree from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts and lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and two daughters.

Cyrus NikouFounding Partner
As Founding Partner of Revolution Capital Group Mr. Nikou's responsibilities include running the day to day operations of the business, leading the corporate development team, and managing the capital commitments with the firms private wealth equity group.
Previously, Mr. Nikou was Founder and President of Funded Capital, a tier one lending institution based in Beverly Hills, California and before that served as Managing Partner of IMC, an International Financial Services business where he was responsible for a turn around strategy that resulted in an eight fold increase in profitability.
Mr. Nikou holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business and lives in Bel Air, California.

Ivan IvankovichManaging Director
As Managing Director for Revolution Capital Group, Mr. Ivankovich is responsible for the financial operations of Revolution's portfolio companies and also assists in M&A due diligence for prospective acquisitions.
Mr. Ivankovich has over fifteen years of experience in M&A, financial due diligence and operating companies. He has served as CFO of Cyberdefender, Yellowpages.com, Siderean Software and 60Frames Entertainment. Mr. Ivankovich has also been a staff Accountant at Ernst and Young and was Vice President of Portfolio Operations for Platinum Equity.
Mr. Ivankovich is a certified CPA and holds a bachelors degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara. He lives in Pasadena California with his wife and children.

Rick BigelowManaging Director
With over 20 years of Senior level financial and operational experience in both the Private and Public sector, Mr. Bigelow leads M&A Operations and Transition for Revolution Capital Group. Mr. Bigelow has hands on experience in leading businesses and has held Senior level Executive positions in the Information Technology, Software, Business Services as well as Manufacturing and Distribution sectors.
Prior to Revolution Capital, Mr. Bigelow worked in leadership operational roles for several Platinum Equity Portfolio companies. He served as CEO of industry leading software companies and was also CFO of a major International distribution/manufacturing company.
Mr. Bigelow holds a Bachelors degree specializing in Finance – from Washington State University. He is married and has two children.

Jeff GrayManaging Director
Mr. Gray serves as Managing Director for Revolution Capital Group with a focus on operations and transition services. With over 15 years of M&A and operations experience, Mr. Gray assists in M&A due diligence but is primarily focused on portfolio company operations post acquisition.
A seasoned executive with a strong track record of strategic and operational success in a broad array of industries, Mr. Gray is responsible for executing and running Revolutions companies.
Prior to joining Revolution, Mr. Gray served as Vice President of Portfolio Operations for Platinum Equity, Company President for Taylor Corporation and General Manager for Lillian Vernan.
Mr. Gray holds a B.A. in Government from the University of Texas as well as M.B.A from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Gary AlcockVice President of Mergers and Acquisitions
Mr. Alcock is a Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions in Revolution Capital Group's Los Angeles office. His responsibilities include M&A execution and due-diligence.
Before joining Revolution Capital Group, Mr. Alcock was a financial analyst in the Financial Advisory Services business of Houlihan Lokey, where he provided financial advisory services to public and private clients in connection with mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, spinoffs, recapitalizations, going-private transactions and strategic alternative assessments. He also rendered fairness, solvency and transaction-related opinions to companies, boards of directors, special committees, financial institutions and independent fiduciaries. Prior to that, he worked in Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management business.
Mr. Alcock earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from the University of Southern California. He is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative (Series 7, 63 and 66).

Dr. Chongyang LuoDirector of Technology
Dr. Chongyang Luo serves as Director of Technology for Revolution Capital Group. With over a decade of experience in technology research and business development, Dr. Luo is responsible for all technology related matters in M&A due diligence and also for Revolution's portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Revolution, Dr. Luo founded the software and web application development firm Telligem. Dr. Luo has also worked as a Research Engineer at telecommunications chip maker Anadigics Inc. and also with Silicon Valley startups Phosistor Technologies and OptoNet Inc.
Dr. Luo has advised US and Asian companies in areas such as semiconductor, manufacturing, renewable energy, and software/web ventures.
Dr. Luo received his B.S. in Applied Physics from Tsinghua University in China and his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is married and has a daughter.

Tom ClearyGeneral Counsel
Tom Cleary acts as Outside Counsel to Revolution Capital Group and is also a partner in the Corporate Practice Group of Dykema Gossett PLLC.
Tom has substantial experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Tom has represented a number of well-known buyout, venture capital and other private equity financing sources. Tom also has acted as outside corporate and securities counsel to several public and private issuers, including an array of aerospace, high technology, e-commerce, food service and consumer products companies.
Tom is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors and also holds his J.D. from the University of California at Berkeley's Boalt Hall School of Law.
Tom lives in Manhattan Beach, California and also currently serves as a Director and as the Secretary of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
