Revolution Capital Group has announced the sale of Burtek, Inc. – a subsidiary of Rabintex – to Wynnchurch Capital Ltd.

Based in Chesterfield, MI, Burtek is a designer, manufacturer, tester and integrator of systems for mobile military ground vehicles and other systems. Burtek has been dedicated to supplying the defense industry with innovative mission critical systems, since 1987.

Revolution Capital announces sale of KV Pharmaceuticals' Particle Dynamics subsidiary for $24.6 million.

Revolution Capital Group has announced the sale of KV Pharmaceuticals' Particle Dynamics Inc. (PDI) subsidiary to an investor group led by Edgewater Capital Partners.

The purchase price for the transaction is $24.6 million, plus up to an additional $5.5 million in potential earn-out payments over the next four years. KV received a cash payment of $22.6 million at closing. In addition, $2 million of the purchase price is being held in escrow for post-closing indemnification purposes.

PDI makes raw material, drugs and capsules used in the pharmaceutical, nutritional, food and personal care markets.
